Amsterdam FunctieomschrijvingManage a book of business comprised out of Strategic and High level Solution DistributorPartners. You will leverage your relationship management skills and commercial entrepreneurship to ensure excellent commercial execution on the target leading to retention and growth of the results of our Strategic and High Level Solution Partners. Functie eisenPresentation and writing, pitch documents and presenting these to C-level- Able to act in a complex sales environment in a senior farmer and/or hunter role - Exceptional communication -, presentation -, negotiation skills on C level, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor. - Ability to align strategic visions between the organisation and its Product and Solution Distributor Partners. - Motivated and self-directed sales/solution professional that can operate within proper guidelines and also act as a team player. - Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to commercialize strategies, make sound business decisions. - Excellent numeric, qualitative and analytical skill. - Ability to understand & operate successfully with business people of different cultures & backgrounds. - Must demonstrate competence in, networking, and have advanced selling skills. - Experience in Sales performance based on specific targets and perform under pressure. - Impatience, challenging the status quo, passion and welcoming change are required in this role as is a flexible approach and an urgency to complete tasks within the deadlines. - An energetic and restless commercial style is likely to be compatible with the dynamic and fast paced demands of this role. - Ability to persuade and possesses a commercial drive to (over) achieve set targets. - Have good network skills - Good communication skills both verbal as written at organisation wide level. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written and preferably in at least one other language.
