Ambitious Marketing Coordinator

with at least 3 years experience.

• Set-up / propose and execute the contact strategy with respect to the Major Accounts and regional Sales Segment;
• Support the preparation of the marketing budget for Major Accounts and regional Sales together with the Marketing Manager Sales;
• Creates a Marketing Calendar “Sales” and monitors all actions and deadlines;
• Organizes meetings to develop customer programs and new (promotional) activity by inviting the relevant (internal or external) parties;
• Develops and executes marketing campaigns, including planning, design of materials, distribution of materials, informing all relevant (sales) departments;
• Gains an excellent understanding of the market/customers, which helps him/her to optimize & improve contact strategy for all personal contact touch points;
• Provide management information on the actual performance of the marketing campaigns for Major Accounts and regional Sales in close cooperation with BI;
• Exchange of experiences and best practices within the marketing department;
• Ensures that all communication is in line with the over-all brand strategy;
• Ensures excellent execution & constant improvement of the customer life-cycle strategy for Major Accounts and Regional Sales;
• Manage business development project overview and own a number of business development projects;
• Support the development of the value proposition for Major Accounts. Coordinate the strategy program development and implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree Communication/ Commercial studies/ Business Administration;
• Two to four years experience and/or training;
• 3 years experience as a marketing coordinator ;
• Experience in a b2b environment;
• Good and efficient knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Maybe you also communicate in German?!
